As Scotland Food & Drink regional food tourism ambassador, Craig has been part of several ‘food tourism’ journeys, working closely with Scottish Development International and the Scottish Tourism Alliance to promote Scotland’s wonderful larder.
As part of his role as Regional Food Tourism Ambassador, Craig has created a series of films to showcase the fantastic suppliers and companies in the food and drink sector in Aberdeenshire. The ‘Love of Aberdeenshire’ tour sees Craig travel from Deeside to Peterhead and Stonehaven to Huntly, visiting over 20 establishments during his tour. He spoke to the people behind the businesses, to find out more about the methods and practices used to create delicious produce from land and sea.
