Craig enjoys travelling internationally with his work, flying the flag for Scotland’s fantastic produce in New York as part of Scotland Week, and in 2018, he was the only Scottish chef to feature alongside renowned Michelin-starred chefs from around the world, in a Culinary Stars food event at the five-star Sofitel Legend Metropole Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam.
He is a regular cookery demonstrator on our own shores too; Craig has appeared at the annual Royal Highland Show, Taste of Grampian, New Deer and Turriff Shows and has presented at the Edinburgh Foodies Festival and the Scottish Government’s National Food Security Conference.
